The Creative Process

The creative process is like trying to catch butterflies in a storm. At first, you’re standing there with your net, hopeful and maybe a bit naïve. The ideas flutter just out of reach, taunting you with flashes of brilliance. You give chase, darting this way and that, sometimes catching nothing but air, sometimes trapping something unexpected and even stranger than what you were after. And when you’re about to give up, soaked and winded, one delicate wing brushes against your fingertips—creativity isn’t caught by force but finds you when you’re least expecting it.
